Parking at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Navigating the streets for parking near Tottenham Stadium, whether for an adrenaline-pumping match or just a regular visit, requires a bit of savvy. With up to 62,000 seats to fill on match day and bumper-to-bumper traffic to deal with on a regular basis, finding affordable and convenient parking is often easier said than done. This guide to parking at Tottenham Stadium will delve into the various parking solutions available, providing you with all the information you need to make an informed decision and find a spot that suits your needs and budget.
Match Day Parking at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Like so many other stadiums in and around London, match days bring with them road closures and traffic restrictions. These often affect not only the streets in the immediate vicinity of the stadium but typically all streets within a couple of blocks. Expect these roads to be closed or residents/business permit access only 2 hours before and up to an hour after the match:
- All roads north of Lansdowne Road, up past the stadium, to Northumberland Park.
- All roads west of Northumberland Park Station, all the way past the station to Bruce Castle Park.
- Traffic around the stadium is diverted along Lansdowne Road and Northumberland Park to the east of the stadium, and Lordship Lane and the A10 to the west.
Tottenham Stadium does not offer any onsite parking at the stadium for general admission fans on match day, leaving only offsite parking as an option. If you have a disability, you may email [email protected] to arrange parking in the road closure zone, but you will be asked to arrive early and stay later after the game.
Tottenham Stadium recommends taking public transport on match days. There are numerous shuttle buses operating between transport hubs, including the four stations serving the stadium. These include:
- White Hart Lane (London Overground) – 5 minute walk
- Northumberland Park – 10 minute walk
- Tottenham Hale – 25 minute walk
- Seven Sisters – 30 minute walk

Parking App Options – Read this for an interesting and unexpected twist…
An often overlooked option when looking for parking, whether near a stadium on match day or any other time and place, is looking at parking apps. Service providers such as JustPark, Your Parking Space, Parklet and many other smaller ones often have affordable and convenient parking options available. Since these apps allow private parking owners to set their own prices, we’ll admit that the pricing can be very inconsistent; however, if you check well in advance, you’ll typically be able to secure your spot at a much better rate than private car parks or even on-street parking in many cases. The biggest factor when using these apps is lead time before the game, so try to check up to 2 weeks in advance.
All that being said, for some reason, parking app options near Tottenham Stadium are completely absurd. While we’ve run many price checks for stadiums all across London and typically expect to find reasonably priced and convenient options, in this case, all the available parking was priced at completely unreasonable rates, despite us checking with a two-week lead time.
We strongly suggest you look at the options mentioned earlier in this article for your next visit to Tottenham Stadium on match day.
